Congratulations to the newest trained employees at Blum in Stanley, NC. Spent the day learning about the possibilities of falling and how to prevent that from happening. Through training everyone learned about adminstrative controls, engineering controls and if they can not be remedied, fall protection equipment would need to be worn. Wear it they did.
